Return Policy

We accept returns for new, unused, and unworn shirts within 30 days of purchase. There are two types of returns:

  • Exchange – Swap your item for one of equal or lesser value.

  • Refund – Return your item for a refund, subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Hats, beanies, stickers, and other non-apparel items are non-returnable.

  • All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Returns with damage, animal hair, or other defects will not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@loveourparks.com to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Do not send a return without an RMA number—packages received without one will be discarded.

  3. Once you have an RMA number, follow the return instructions provided.


What to Do If You Receive a Wrong or Defective Item

We’re sorry for any issues with your order! We’re happy to replace any defective or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase.

For Defective Items:

  • Your order information

  • A photo of the defect on the item

  • A photo of the packing slip included with your order

For Incorrect Items:

Please email us at support@loveourparks.com with:

  • Your order information

  • A photo of the incorrect item you received

  • A photo of the packing slip included with your order

Note: Before contacting us about a wrong item, please double-check your original order confirmation to ensure there wasn’t a mistake during checkout.
