Return Policy

We accept returns for new, unused, and unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our self-serve return portal.

Return Options

Exchange – Swap your item for a different item.
Refund – Return your item for a refund, subject to a $6 restocking fee per item.

Authorized Returns Only (RMA Required)

  • All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal or have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team.
  • Unauthorized packages (those not initiated via the portal and without an RMA) will be discarded and will not be processed, refunded, or returned.
  • If you can’t access the portal, email [email protected] to request an RMA.
  • Clearly write the RMA on the shipping label/box and include your packing slip or order number inside the package.

Important Guidelines

  • Each item is eligible for a single exchange only.
  • No sale pricing on exchanges: If an item goes on sale after your original purchase, the sale price will not apply to your exchange order.
  • Non-returnable items: Hats, beanies, stickers, and other non-apparel items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items purchased at a discount or during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items with damage, pet hair, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Wrong or Defective Items?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you can report it and request a replacement directly through our Return Portal.

You’ll be guided through a quick process to upload photos and select a resolution.

Tip: Double-check your order confirmation to make sure the wrong item wasn’t selected during checkout.
